Solve a packaging problem
Start with what you see. Likely causes, what to inspect and what to do.
- Why is my IBC bulging? The inner bottle is under internal pressure or heat, or it is carrying more load than the cage supports.
- Why are my steel drums rusting inside?Moisture or a corrosive product is reaching bare steel through a missing, damaged or unsuitable lining.
- Why is my liner leaking? The film is pierced, stressed at a seam or fitment, or not suited to the product or temperature.
- Why did my bulk box collapse? The walls lost compression strength, usually from humidity, overstacking or product pushing on the walls.
- Why are my pallet loads shifting? The load is not held as one unit, so braking and turning forces move it.
- Why is my bulk bag leaking powder?Fine powder is passing through seams or the woven fabric, or escaping at spouts.
